The Full Story

Hi, I’m Tazmin Scott — wife, mama of two, and the founder of Hello Balance Virtual Assistant.

I started Hello Balance VA because I wanted to help business owners feel less overwhelmed and more in control by taking some of the everyday tasks off their plates. Whether it’s organizing your calendar, replying to emails, doing research, or handling the little things that pile up—I’m here to make your life easier.

With a background in admin work, human resources, customer service, creative design, and more, I’ve always loved being the one people count on to keep things running smoothly.

As a business owner and a busy mom, I know how important it is to find a rhythm that actually works for your life—not just your to-do list. That’s why I created Hello Balance—to bring a little peace and balance back to your day-to-day.

When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me riding bikes with my kids, reading fantasy books at my Silent Book Club, walking my doggie or hanging out with my amazing family.
